Wednesday. September 26, 2012. - The Library parking lot is OPEN today.
Generally, when you coming to the library, it may worth checking Division Street to see if it is possible to drive up Highway 13 into the library parking lot. Throughout most of the Highway construction that has been an option. Unless the highway is obviously blocked or being worked on, it usually possible to get into our parking lot.
The library building remains open during our usual hours during highway construction. 10-8 weekdays and 10-2 on Saturdays. If the parking lot is temporarily inaccessible, walk-in traffic can walk around the building get to our entrance.
As paving is now underway, it looks like we may be seeing a light at the end of the highway construction tunnel! It is to be hoped. While this project may have been necessary, I think our customers and staff will cheerfully welcome the completion.
